Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the luckyplay platform. By registering or using any part of luckyplay, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luckyplay ("luckyplay", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the luckyplay platform available at luckyplay.vu, including all games, services, features, and content offered thereon. By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of luckyplay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use luckyplay. We encourage all users to review these Terms periodically, as they may be updated from time to time.
1.1 By accessing or using the luckyplay platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally.
1.2 These Terms apply to all users of luckyplay, including registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any persons interacting with luckyplay's customer support channels.
1.3 These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such supplementary policies, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any game or wagering activity on luckyplay. This requirement is consistent with the minimum age for casino-style gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. luckyplay takes age verification seriously and will require documentary proof before processing any withdrawal request.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using luckyplay is legal in your jurisdiction of residence. luckyplay does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Players who access luckyplay from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
2.3 Restricted Territories. Residents of certain jurisdictions may be restricted from creating an account or placing wagers on luckyplay. A current list of restricted territories is available upon request from our customer support team.
2.4 Mental Capacity. By registering, you represent that you are not acting under legal incapacity, and that you are registering voluntarily and of your own free will.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may only hold one (1) registered account on luckyplay. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information luckyplay reasonably requests. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your relationship with luckyplay.
3.3 KYC Verification. luckyplay is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID) and any other supporting documentation we may reasonably require to comply with applicable Know Your Customer ("KYC") and anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. luckyplay will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify luckyplay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4.1 Accepted Methods. luckyplay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency methods. The availability of payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your luckyplay account.
4.3 No Deposit Fees. luckyplay does not charge processing fees on deposits made through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which luckyplay accepts no responsibility.
4.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your luckyplay account are legally yours and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. luckyplay reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering or fraud.
4.5 Currency. All accounts on luckyplay are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in a different currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, subject to any applicable conversion fees from your payment provider.
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso two hundred (₱200).
5.2 Verification Requirement. luckyplay will not process any withdrawal until the requesting account has completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of deposit method or account tenure.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
5.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. luckyplay reserves the right to require additional documentation before approving withdrawals to a different method.
5.5 Bonus Wagering. Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6 and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied.
6.1 luckyplay offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. luckyplay reserves the right to void bonus winnings that have not satisfied the relevant wagering requirements.
6.3 Abuse. luckyplay reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or systematically withdrawing bonus funds in violation of these Terms.
6.4 luckyplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
7.1 All games available on luckyplay are operated using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software or, in the case of live dealer games, through professionally managed live studios. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for all games are published and available upon request.
7.2 luckyplay's decision on the outcome of any game shall be final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, luckyplay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the corresponding wager.
7.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on luckyplay and may vary by game, table, and account tier. luckyplay reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luckyplay and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:
9.1 luckyplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide all registered players with access to tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion.
9.2 21+ Rule. Gaming activities on luckyplay are restricted to adults aged twenty-one (21) and above. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement — including the use of a false date of birth — will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

10.1 All content on the luckyplay platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of luckyplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luckyplay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No licence is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any luckyplay content.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luckyplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 luckyplay's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in your luckyplay account at the time the claim arises.
11.3 luckyplay does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to luckyplay at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
12.1 luckyplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using luckyplay, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
12.2 luckyplay will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or these Terms.
13.1 luckyplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of luckyplay following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
14.1 By luckyplay. luckyplay may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or risk management considerations. In cases of account closure for cause, luckyplay reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance after satisfaction of verified pending withdrawals.
14.2 By Player. You may close your luckyplay account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe after KYC confirmation.
15.1 In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of your luckyplay account or any game outcome, you must first contact our customer support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter internally. luckyplay aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. luckyplay will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.
15.3 Game outcome disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant game session. luckyplay will not consider disputes raised after this period.
16.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and luckyplay with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
16.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver. Failure by luckyplay to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
16.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
